Career Highlights
  • Joining a boutique consulting firm and helping them to treble in size over three years (since acquired by Accenture), with a particular focus on strategy and internal communication 
  • Founding The Selfish Leader, a coaching and consulting practice focused on leadership development, working with clients in senior leadership roles across sectors including law, brand consulting, fashion & retail, media, financial services and consulting.
  • Founded Leader Brother Son, creating spaces for men to explore authentic expressions of masculinity, and offering insights, thought leadership and facilitation for organisations and brands exploring the male experience.
Notable Client Work
  • PE-backed pharmaceuticals company: Facilitated a 6-month program for the leadership team, resulting in the emergence of a new structure, roles and way forward designed by the team themselves
  • Deloitte UK: Innovation & Service Design Lead within the small team tasked with launching Deloitte’s new law firm in the UK, Deloitte Legal, culminating in a successful launch and later leading the Ventures program to partner with tech startups (completing two successful pilots).
