Where leaders work together to create new opportunities.

Running a business can sometimes feel like a lonely place. That's why we created Founder's Circle — a facilitated community and learning experience. In a Founder’s Circle cohort, you will gain fresh perspectives on your toughest challenges and biggest opportunities from subject matter experts, as well as fellow founders who are in your shoes.
Breaking through ‘Founder’s Block’
When Founders have been running their business for a while, they can sometimes find themselves going around in circles, or feeling like they lack the energy or motivation to continually create new opportunities.

It might be there’s a specific challenge bothering them, or they are excited about the future but struggling to know exactly which step to take next. At Extra Brain, we call this ‘Founder’s Block’. It’s the problem that Extra Brain put 100% of our energy into helping Founders to solve.

Founder’s Circle is an affordable, incredibly valuable first step in making the breakthrough you need to make progress, however you define it.
I’ve been in peer communities before, what makes Founder's Circle different?
We've built a space where candid conversations happen, where "I don't know" is perfectly acceptable, and where your challenges become collective opportunities for growth. No pitch decks, no networking agendas—just real support from people who understand the unique pressures of building something from nothing.

With access to our ‘Brains’ from the Extra Brain collective, it’s the combination of supported space and hands-on expertise from experts who are helping Founders every day that makes Founder’s Circle a perfect blend of emotional and functional inspiration.
